A Study on the Evolutionary Mechanism of Organizational Resilience in Digital Technology-Enabled Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Abstract

This study investigates the evolutionary mechanism through which digital technology empowers organizational resilience and enhances firm performance in the context of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Against the backdrop of increasing environmental uncertainty and digital transformation, a structural equation model was constructed to examine the relationships among digital technology capability, organizational resilience and firm performance in the context of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). relationships among digital technology capability, organizational resilience, and firm performance.
