Abstract
With the continuous breakthroughs in China's aerospace technology, the number of research and development tasks for large and medium-sized spacecraft has shown an explosive growth trend. In contrast, the production resources for spacecraft assembly have failed to grow proportionally, leading to localized shortages of production resources. On the other hand, the lack of flexible, objective, and simple resource regulation means has resulted in relatively rigid and immobile allocation of production resources, further exacerbating the difficulty of matching tasks with resources. By analyzing the main factors affecting the inefficiency of assembly resources and focusing on the core indicator of on-board equipment kitting rate, this paper designs a production resource management system capable of data mining, criterion generation, operation judgment, intelligent configuration, and automatic execution. The system realizes interconnection with existing executive-level information systems, providing support for solving the problem of production resource allocation.
