Abstract
Aircraft cockpit doors may experience electric strike disengagement difficulties due to fuselage pressurization-induced deformation, potentially leading to door operation failures in critical scenarios. To address this issue, this paper develops a test bench capable of simulating deformation patterns. Through computational analysis, a test bench structure that meets the functional requirements was obtained, providing a reference for similar designs while offering practical support for utilization in testing under deformation conditions
