Abstract

Scientific and reasonable project cost forecasting is one of the important means for power grid companies to improve the investment efficiency of power transmission and transformation projects. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the cost of power transmission and transformation projects, this paper constructs a particle swarm optimization-based power transmission and transformation project cost prediction model, and selects actual engineering cases for empirical analysis to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the model prediction. The method for predicting the cost of power transmission and transformation projects has good prediction accuracy. It is a reference and reference for improving the cost control level of power transmission and transformation engineering enterprises of the power grid
