Abstract
Bolted steel plate is one of the effective methods to strengthen fatigue cracks. In order to further standardize the selection of reinforcement design parameters, a unidirectional tensile simulation test of cracked plate was carried out in this paper, and the influence of the thickness of reinforced steel plate, bolt specifications, bolt distribution and number on the reinforcement effect of plate fatigue cracks was analyzed. The results show that, Increasing bolt diameter and preloading force can effectively improve the reinforcement effect. The bolt spacing near both sides of the crack is the main factor affecting the reinforcement effect. So,reducing the spacing between the inner bolt and the crack can significantly increase the proportion of the reinforced steel plate in the collaborative stress. The research results can provide reference for the design of fatigue crack reinforcement of bolted steel plate
