Abstract

A design study of the problem of outdoor rubbish bins exposed in modern society is carried out to explore a solution to the problem with the mostprogramme. Firstly, the KJ method was applied to obtain 14 user requirements for indoor temporary rest furniture; secondly, the KANO model was established based on the 14 user requirements and analysed to obtain the user requirement hierarchy; finally, the four-phantom line diagram was used to classify the requirements. And according to the research results, the programme decision-making design is carried out for the bin problem, which is used in the optimization of the final design scheme, providing a new solution and research idea for solving the existing bin problem
